MEET DEREK

Derek (He/They) is a graduate of Lotus Professional College in Richmond, Virginia. He has further education in Lomi Lomi, which is a traditional Hawaiian massage that focuses on spiritual healing, the holistic person, and that person’s community. They value offering an experience for the client that brings a deep sense of relaxation, to feel comfortable within their body, and a safe space to rest and heal. Derek is extremely intuitive, nurturing and intentional when it comes to massage. He has a comforting and supportive presence that allows for whatever is present to be as it is, meeting the client where they are.

The experience is a delicate and transformational blend of physical and spiritual healing. Derek enjoys using warm and citrus-forward essential oils during the session, to comfort, inspire and encourage the client. They also incorporate tools such as hot stones, cupping, and CBD products.

In their free time, Derek values spending time with loved ones, gaming, being in nature, reading and cooking. They deeply enjoy connecting with others, the natural world, and the spirit that connects us all. Derek is also a Medical Coder and Float Facilitator. They are a Scorpio Sun, Gemini Moon, and Cancer Rising.
