MEET KENZIE

Kenzie is the Spa Director and Founder of Vitality Float Spa. With a passion for health, wellness, and optimal performance since she was young, she brings a diverse knowledge base to the world of massage. Kenzie was an athlete growing up and began her career in exercise science, before changing her approach to wellness. She pursued various routes before landing in the area of massage and float therapy. Kenzie dreamed of creating a space that offered a wellness experience for the person to relax their body, unwind their mind, and advocate for their own healing. Facilitation of a space that supported community connection and support for both the practitioner as well as the client was a vital intention for Kenzie when shaping Vitality.

Currently, Kenzie is completing her final trimester of the Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, Master of Science Degree Program. Creating a place in the community where the worlds of the spa industry and East Asian medicine intersect is a dream in the making. She believes this is an effective way for a person to cleanse and reconnect within themselves mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Being a mom to an active 4-year-old is the biggest focus of Kenzie’s life. She enjoys making her own bone broth regularly and creating individualized herbal formulas. Kenzie is a Cancer Sun, Virgo Moon, and Scorpio Rising.
