Olivia (she/her) is an esteemed member of the Front Desk Float Facilitator Team at Vitality. She has a degree in both Political Science and Russian Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University where she also studied creative writing. Olivia is a Leo Sun, Pisces Moon, and Libra rising. She is a Level II Reiki practitioner and is passionate about exploring various alternative healing modalities.

Olivia enjoys feeding her creative spirit by reading and writing, creating art, crafting and learning about Herbalism. She is a talented caregiver to our clients and to herself. Some of her favorite forms of self-care include practicing yoga, taking epsom salt baths, meditation, being in nature, and a daily skin-care ritual.
